5-Axis Machining

By adopting the latest 5-Axis technology in the market, Meisterform is able to handle most of the complex drawings that one may encounter; providing maximum efficiency and precision to manufacturing works.

In RRT Forged Wheels, we adopt the thin wall technology to apply through cuts to the aluminum forged wheel, achieving its maximum hyper light weight potential whilst being able to withstand a high load rating.

CNC Milling

We provide CNC milling, metal forming, and precision engineering services to across most industries in Singapore. Our Clientele includes electronic component manufacturing and automotive companies. Our CNC Milling machines are able to produce machined-parts from most materials eg, steel, copper, brass and aluminum. We dedicate single or multi parts to an individual machine to enhance its efficiency and shorter lead times.

CNC Turning

Meisterform’s CNC turning facility ensures precision in a remarkable machining capacity that will ensure all clients being more than satisfied. With our expertise, we are able to provide valuable solutions to clients needs.

Laser Cutting

In Meisterform, we use laser cutting technology to cut materials that are used in industrial and manufacturing purposes to achieve a high quality exterior finish. We would recommend laser cutting when we deem that a material is too thick for a CNC puncher machine to handle.

Metal Forming

Meisterform ensures Clients that the workpiece will be reshaped accordingly without adding or removing material, and its mass remains unchanged. This includes metal bending to materials such as aluminium and mild steel.

Powder Coating

As we are a factory which manufactures forged wheels, we are subjected to powder-coating the wheels.

Powder-coating is a type of coating as a free flowing dry powder, applied electrostatically and then cured under heat in our furnace. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.
